How to make a reservation

1. Push the reservationbutton.
2. You com in our online shop ( this is at this moment only in German).
3. If your choice are still available finish the reservation. So not chose an alternative.
4. If there are additional wishes aske us.

We always sent you a confirmation.

Conditions of reservation

All our reservations are applied to the AGBH 2006 (2006 general terms and conditions of the Hotel industry). Reservation is only valid if the reservation payment (30% of the booking sum) is received by us. Reservation payments will be received by us at latest 10 days after reservation. If not received at time the validity of the reservation will expires. The complete accommodation expanses must be received by us at least 3 weeks for arrival.

Cancellation

We can offer you a travel insurance contribution (Hotelstorno Plus) to pay at the same time as the reservation payment.

By cancellation we charge as follows:

* Cancellation until 3 month for arrival date 20% of the cost of the stay
* Cancellation between 3 and 1 month before arrival date 40% of the cost of the stay
* Cancellation between 1 month until 1 week before arrival date 70% of the cost of the stay
* Cancellation less then 1 week before arrival date 90% of the cost of the stay
